Using this website

This site is here to help you learn about The Lovedale and plan a stay. We keep the information — room details, rates, photos and availability — accurate and up to date in good faith, but it may change without notice.

Bookings and rates

Room rates shown on this site are indicative and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. The price and availability confirmed at the time of booking are the ones that apply.

Bookings are completed on our booking partner’s system (live.ipms247.com) or directly with us by WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or our booking partner.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

On our standard direct rate you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night’s stay. Some rates, offers, peak-season dates and group bookings carry different terms, and bookings made through an online travel agent follow that agent’s rules.

The specific terms shown to you at the time of booking always apply to your reservation. Please read them before you confirm.

Check-in, ID and house rules

Check-in and check-out times, valid-ID requirements and house rules are confirmed with your booking. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in, in line with local law.

Your stay

Please treat the property, its staff and other guests with care. We may decline or end a stay in the case of unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive behaviour. You’re responsible for any loss or damage caused during your stay.

Third-party features and links

This site uses third-party services — the booking partner (IPMS / eZee), map tiles and routing (OpenStreetMap, OSRM), live weather (Open-Meteo) and WhatsApp. We’re not responsible for the content or terms of those services, and links to them are provided for your convenience.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from third-party services it links to. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
