Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is simple and mostly static. It has no login, no account and no forms that collect your personal information. We run no advertising trackers and set no first-party tracking cookies of our own.

The one exception is analytics: we ask first. Google Analytics stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

You share your details with us only when you choose to — by booking, messaging us on WhatsApp, emailing or calling.

Information we collect

Through this website: none directly — there are no contact or booking forms here.

When you book: room bookings are completed on our booking partner’s secure system (IPMS / eZee, at live.ipms247.com) or by messaging us on WhatsApp. You provide your details there, and those services process them under their own privacy terms.

When you contact us: if you email, call or message us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and manage your stay.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, we ask whether you’ll allow analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics (a Google service) to see how the site is used — for example, which pages are popular and roughly where visitors arrive from. This helps us improve the site. It sets a small number of Google cookies, whose names begin with “_ga”.

If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We don’t use this data for advertising, and we set no first-party tracking cookies of our own.

Third-party services

Some features load content from third parties, which may receive technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the feature:

• analytics — Google Analytics (Google), but only after you accept it in the cookie banner; Google processes this data under its own privacy terms;
• the interactive map — map tiles from OpenStreetMap and driving routes from the OSRM routing service;
• the live weather panel — data from Open-Meteo;
• our booking partner — IPMS / eZee (live.ipms247.com), when you open the booking window.

How we use your information

Only to respond to your enquiry, take and manage your booking, and provide the stay you asked for. We don’t use it for advertising.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run your stay (for example, our booking partner) and where we’re required to by law.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw a consent you’ve given us — such as your consent to analytics — at any time. To exercise any of these, contact our grievance officer (below) and we’ll help.

Data we hold via our booking partner

Booking and payment details you enter during a booking are held and processed by our booking partner (IPMS / eZee) under their own privacy and security terms. Please review their policy at the time of booking.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date shown above.
